2011 Longview RRC Multicultural Festival

The 5th Annual Multicultural Festival will be rich with cultural exhibits, food, and entertainment on October 22, 2011 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Maude Cobb Activity Center, 100 Grand Blvd.   The Race Relations Committee sponsors this event and  continues to develop opportunities for awareness and education of cultural affairs in the Longview area.

Approximately 2,000 patrons attended the 2010 event, along with sponsors, elected officials, performers, volunteers, merchants, and exhibitors.  All experienced the wonderful diversity and community spirit the Festival had to offer.  People were treated to a taste of the world and a number of acts involved in the one-day extravaganza showcasing talents.

This year's event will again feature old favorites such as the Down Home Cloggers and food by Nall's Catering, the Serendipity Group and the much-loved Hall Brothers.  Click Here for more informaiton.
